Newsoft-Solutions web site is comprised of various web sites and pages operated
by Newsoft-Solutions and Electrocount Ltd (collectively the "Owners").
Below are set out the terms upon which the Owners provide you ("the
User") access to this web site (the "Site") containing information
relating to their products (the "Content"). By using the Site,
you the User agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. No part of the materials available on the Site may be modified, copied,
downloaded, stored in a retrieval system, further transmitted, displayed
or otherwise reproduced, stored, disseminated, transferred or used, in any
form or by any means, except as expressly permitted within the Site or with

Owners.

suppliers and is protected by copyright.

make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the timeliness,
accuracy or completeness of the information provided or its fitness for
a particular purpose. Electronic conversion and transmission of textual
and numeric data may cause errors/and or omissions in the information provided.
Furthermore, the information may not be up to date due to a delay between
the preparation of data and its inclusion in the Site.
6. Except as warranted in these Terms of Use all express or implied warranties
or conditions are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permissible under
English Law.
7. In no event shall the Owners and or its respective suppliers be liable
for any failure by the Owners to provide services or information from the
Site or for any special, indirect or consequential damages or loss or any
damages or loss whatsoever resulting from loss of use of data or loss of
profits or goodwill, whether in contract, tort or otherwise arising out
of or in connection with the use of the Site and the Content.
8. Where the Owners provide hypertext links to other websites, it does so
for the User’s information and convenience only. The Owners do not control
such other websites, nor responsible for the content and give no endorsement,
representation or warranty in respect of the content of such websites and
accept no liability for any use of or reliance placed thereon by the User.
9. The Owners reserve the right to terminate the User’s access to the Site
at any time without prior notice.
10. The Owners shall be entitled to amend, vary or modify these Terms of
Use from time to time at their discretion.
11. As a condition of use of the Site, the User warrants to the Owners that
the User will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited
by these Terms of Use.
12. These Terms of Use are governed by English law, and contain the entire
agreement between the User and the Owners with respect to use of the Site.
No part of these terms is intended to constitute an exclusion of any liability,
which cannot be excluded under English law. The User hereby consents to
the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any
matter or dispute arising out of use of the Site or the Content.
Privacy
Policy

Any personal details collected on the Newsoft-Solutions web site ("Site"),
by which a user is identifiable (referred to as "Personal Information")
belongs to and will only be used by the Owners* of this site.
2. The Owners respect your privacy and do not collect any Personal Information
from users except when specifically and knowingly provided by such users
through our enquiry forms. The Owners will not sell, share, lease or otherwise
transfer or dispose of such Personal Information other than as described
in this Privacy Policy without the user’s prior consent or as may otherwise
be permitted under the Data Protection Act 1998.
3. A user will be asked to provide contact information (such as name, mailing
and email addresses) on a enquiry form. This information is used to contact
the user about the services and information on the Site in respect of which
the user has expressed an interest and for the Owner’s marketing and mailing
purposes.

user’s prior consent save where it may otherwise be permitted by the Data

ask for such information to be provided on the request form as the user
is required to tick a box if they wish to receive further information on
related products from the Owners. We inform users of the Site when their
